Yes, it is a frustrated cry of the heart, because of the amount of ignorant people I encounter in my every day life, from young people who have such petty concerns, and despite excessive privilege all they do is complain about someone else they know who has more; or people who still talk about "Israel feeling secure" and still hark back to Oct 7th and have the temerity to call themselves liberals. I am sick of all these hypocrites! Mo, I like to think I am definitely cut from a similar cloth to you - and I am so proud of this! :)

That is interesting - and Germany is getting worse and worse - I bet you are glad you left! No I didn't hear about Dr Rainer Fuellmich but this kind of thing doesn't surprise me in the least, the way people are silenced if they dissent these days is truly terrible, especially from the West who constantly point to the human rights violations of the global south. And yes, agree about the German mindset!
