Yes well, I do get a lot of zionist he-trolls that I suspect are little sad dweebs in actual life. Never really show their faces, even though they're standing on the right side of the establishment.

There is also a sense of the 'strength of the mob' - individually weak, but collectively have the ability to overwhelm, but ONLY when they hold a differential of power.

Think 'Raiders of The Lost Ark' - the skilled swordsman prepared to engage in one to one, close quarters combat, felled at a distance by one bullet. No coincidence the actor and director of that scene โ˜๐Ÿผ

Sobia,

You might enjoy the new film, "Caught Stealing" which features a couple of Kosher Nostra hit min and you don't often see those criminals in film. I remember seeing the Orthodox rabbis getting arrested during a crackdown on the illegal organ trade in NJ. Strange a connection, I suppose, but the title reminded me of Zionists and there is a scene you will particularly enjoy in the film. In a better world the theater would have erupted in applause. Alas, not Evanston, Illinois. Rabbi Brandt Rosen left for a reason, but he is not far away in Chicago, merci dieu.

The Kosovo KLA has worked fist and glove with Israel on this, remember the whoopla against Serbia? They stole organs from Serbians. The Ukrainian Zelensky has also chirped his longing to establish an Israel up north. Heโ€™s a Jew, after all. They sure suck our blood like Israel now, with loads of arms dealing corruption, why do you ask? Organized Crime running Eastern Europe? Old news.

It seemed to offer a window into the absurd notion of observant Orthodox Jewish men who are gangsters in NYC organized crime. Not that absurd, actually, despite Schreiberโ€™s own convictions. I do love Nutrrei Kartaโ€™s fiery presence on the frontlines of anti-Zionist protests. This is acknowledging the organized criminal element in Orthodox culture which is largely hushed up in Amerika for some reason. This film undoes that false narrative.

Interesting combination - and yes, from my observations perhaps not too uncommon. There is a definite organised crime element in Orthodox culture, despite attempts to suppress this in the media!

The illegal organ trade is dominated by Israel and Jewish Orthodox Rabbis have been arrested in high profile FBI stings. The Israelis are taking organs out of Palestinians to sell abroad and this has naturally increased with the Genocide in Gaza. It would be worthy of greater depth documentation and Nancy Scheper-Hughes is a scholar who exposed the International Organ Trade with brave little Israel at the center. Human Trafficking is another prime area, and the diamond trade. Many shields for this organized crime. Nuclear Proliferationโ€ฆ

Bloody hell. This is all so sinister. Organ trade, human trafficking and diamonds. And the fact it has increased from killing Palestinians makes me feel sick to my core. On the subject of diamonds, am I the only female who finds the whole thing an utter farce and a scam in itself? I will look into these references.

The Biden/Harris administration had essentially been saying to the Israeli government and/or Israel Defense Forces: โ€˜Here are our best bombs for your unconditional use, as per usual; but, for the political and news-media record, I ask that you please do not use them against non-combatant civilians.โ€™ โ€ฆ Israelโ€™s reply undoubtedly was a figurative โ€˜Duly notedโ€™ while continuing its brutal mass-slaughter business-as-usual, largely against Palestinian children.

The then-campaigning VP Kamala Harrisโ€™s publicized view on such reckless arming of Israel and its anti-Palestinian onslaught was that โ€œIsrael has the right to defend itselfโ€.

With similarly great hatred and rage felt by Israelis following the brutal 10/7 Hamas attack, that simplistic mentality and war-monger justification was effectively utilized by the Cheney-Bush U.S. administration immediately after 9/11 โ€” especially for the plainly unjustifiable American/British foreign invasion of oil-laden Iraq. (I refer to it as the Cheney-Bush administration, since it was mostly run by Cheney, with George W. essentially symbolically president.)

It all really does feel a bit TOO politically convenient to be coincidental.

Either way, it's difficult to believe the 10/7 attack was truly unexpected by Israeli intelligence, albeit it may have been deadlier than the hypothetical Israeli insiders had anticipated. Regardless of the increasingly self-compromised mostly-corporatized Western mainstream news-media (unlike genuinely independent news outlets) basically deeming it non-newsworthy, it's no real secret that Israeli officials had been warned in advance by at least one credible source.

Those Israeli lives lost, however tragic, may be considered by the increasingly immorally opportunistic prime minister, and ilk, as a good investment or return โ€” i.e. the future mass cleansing of Palestinians from their land, followed by its annexation along with its coveted natural resources.

The 10/7 assault conveniently enabled the Netanyahu government/IDF to justify or excuse extreme emergency war measures, then force through his/their โ€˜democratic reformsโ€™ and do who-knows-what-more to Palestine โ€” which so far has included atrocities like ethnically cleansing, systematic food-starving and mass slaughtering its long-time Palestinian non-combatants, especially children.

It's also convenient for other Israeli power interests โ€” particularly with western world governments and mainstream news-media basically falling into line and towing it. And who's going to be able to stop the Israel Defense Forces with their state-of-the-art American-taxpayer-supplied weaponry?

Israel does not have the "right to defend itself" against the people whose land it us occupying illegally, never has had that right, it did not have the right to set up a state within Palestine, it was not the British or the US's to give away - that move was also illegal. The only people with a legal right to be on the land, and to defend it from interlopers are Palestinians.

The rest of us have the legal obligation to defend Palestine against the occupying forces of Israel, it is actually an imperative that all countries defend Palestine against Israel and remove Israelis from all Palestinian land, which they should have done years ago.

Youโ€™ve absolutely nailed it,Sobia.

I have lost count of the number of locked profiles that I have encountered usually belonging to pathetic individuals whose only response any comment is an ad hominem attack. I donโ€™t know whether they are all bots I suppose some of them must be but they are definitely all trolls. Despite the temptation I am never rude to them which seems to rile them up even more and in the main they seem to be so ignorant and stupid that they donโ€™t even realise that I am making them dance for my own entertainment.

I view anyone who comes at me with an accusation of being a Nazi whilst adorning themselves with the Israeli flag as fair game frankly.

As a group they display every deplorable attitude towards their fellow humans and I must say I fail to see what satisfaction they gain from being that way.

More great analysis!

What is your psychologist's opinion on another possible aspect of the cowardice and hiding: could some of that be due to a unconscious knowing that they are in the wrong? Is it possible there is a vestigial morality? Something that is never completely snuffed out, even in the most vile of people? Hard to believe, but I wonder...

Could some of these posts be from bots? I know this happens on Twitter but don't know about Substack.

Expand full comment
Sobia Quazi's avatar

Thanks John! I think that in most of these people there's a sense of knowing that they're wrong, which is why they double down with such defiance. Probably a vestigial knowing that we might call morality, but very weak and deficient. This is group ideology so individually they don't feel as confident. I think bots are automated programmes that spread mass disinformation; but these sad creatures I suspect are real. For example the one doing Mossad threats sounds like a 15 year old or someone who may have physical and psychological issues that preclude being able to do productive work; he hero worships the "big boys" but can't be one of them so idolises them from his keyboard and issues empty threats. Maybe really puny and looks in the mirror wishing to see a muscular gung ho war hero there. Distinct psychological profile of some of these people, but they could be paid too. I think it's around 3p a word or something, to make a minor low level nuisance of themselves.

Yes! They are definitely not so confident individually and would run away from a face-to-face confrontation.

Havenโ€™t you learned anything from history!

A ghost in the archives, a sigh in the stone, a tremor that runs through the marrow and bone, it isnโ€™t a question, but ragged despair that hangs in the silence, thick in the air.

We study the dates and we memorize names, play scholarly, bloodless, historical games. We footnote the battles, the treaties, the falls, and build tidy theories in ivory walls.

But the fever still rises, the old bitter creed, the same ancient monster, born of new greed. The rhetoric churns out the same tired lie with a different logo, under a new sky.

The tower, they say, was built to be tall, too mighty, too arrogant, destined to fall. Yet we pour the same concrete, raise the same steel, insisting this time that our passion is real.

The forest is fable, the river runs sour, we plunder the last in our singular hour, mocking the ruins of those who did same, as we stoke the same furnace, play the same game.

So the cry isn't "Listen!" or "Please understand!" It's a fist on the table, a final demand: Haven't you learned? Will you never perceive the pattern weโ€™re weaving, the death we re-weave?

Or is the true lesson, bitter and deep, that history isn't a lesson we keep? It's a wheel we are chained to, a price we repeat, a tide of forgotten lapping our feet.

And the answer, it seems, in the end is the sameโ€” a whisper of ash, and the calling of our name.
