The New Technocratic Elite and the Role of Palestine
A Dystopian Technocracy and the Erosion of Humanity
Trump and The End of Humanity as We Know It
Although Trump often appears to be careering about the world stage like a glorified door to door salesman, there is a clear logic to his choices in terms of dealmaking. His dystopian plan of wiping Gaza from the map is frequently couched in a language of utopian fantasy or clinical detachment, that conceals the true bloody nature of his endeavours and glosses over the real human cost, in favour of prioritising real estate visions.
His new term “freedom zone” is like dressing up a scorpion with marie rose sauce and serving it with a side relish; it’s in exactly the same vein as “Israel’s” holiday brochures, a patina of fantasy island beach holiday resort that covers over the ugly reality of apartheid violence and colonial brutality that the little empire of “Israel” is constructed upon.
Beachfront apartments built on the remains of dead Palestinians, riviera penthouses whose stones will contain the screams of children being ripped apart by bombs; a whole gleaming luxury property empire fabricated through the agony of those indigenous to the land.
But things like indigeneity, beauty, soul; the tiny rituals that make us human and that creativity of all kinds is infused with, will be irrelevant in the new world vision of faceless, clinical technocracy; an AI world of algorithmic dominance and plastic emotion; a world wiped clean of the messiness of everything that makes us human, and where we are dictated and controlled within a brutal geometry.
In Trumps vision, once 1 million Palestinians have been conveniently shipped en masse to somewhere safely out of the way – like Libya, also wrecked by the West, the intention is to build a gilded world of technocratic elite; a community of wealthy individuals who have in common, their societal status and wealth. Trump has already shared the AI generated video, showing him as a venerated emperor carved out of gold.
The Network State and the Imperialist Technocratic Brotherhood
A collection of cities around the world, that are privately owned and inhabited by people like Trump and his elite oligarchs, a technocratic brotherhood of colonialists who would live by their own rules – free of any dictates of international law.
Hence, we see Trump already well down the path of demolishing singlehandedly the institutions that were supposed to safeguard the framework of international law and justice. ICC? Irrelevant. ICJ? It will have no reach over people like these digital Kings, on their oases of opulence.
The plan to render Gaza uninhabitable before driving out its people is well underway with no significant obstacles – make no mistake, the “Gaza Humanitarian Foundation” a bunch of US veteran mercenaries that have been drafted in to distribute rations of food to Palestinians on the brink of starvation, are part of the US takeover plan.
Trump’s real estate visions of glittering gold statues and high stakes casinos, a world of vulgar wealth and outrageous opulence is very much aligned with his vision for smooth relations with the wealthy Gulf state Arabs, who share this ethos of vulgarity and flaunting wealth in a realm of lawlessness and power play reminiscent of a digital recreation of the Roman Empire.
The Network State ideology is about a billionaire club of dictators and ruthless technocrats who have brutally laid claim to the territory of other people and intend to construct there, their own fantasy utopia of unfettered freedom and unimaginable wealth, privatised havens of boundless capital and crypto innovation – even if the real estate that some of these places rest upon, are constructed on the remains of others. Human pain and suffering becomes the geological terrain for their visions of Kingly splendour.
The term was coined by Balaji Srinivasan, Coinbase’s ex CTO in his book The Network State: How to Start a New Country but is also known, sinisterly, as “technozionism” by some of its enthusiasts, an elite fascist-ideological project with huge money behind it, that is now being made concrete in the most sinister of ways. Network State supporters include those such as Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong who has expounded on his vision of “economic zones” exempt from federal and state law.
Coinbase has since played a significant role in politics and although Trump has mentioned “freedom cities” being created on federal land, his recent reference to Gaza as a “freedom zone” has unmistakeably dark connotations with regards to his intentions. The Praxis project referred to building a city-state in the Mediterranean, a possible reason for Trump’s fixation with the notion of a “Gaza Riviera”.
Trumps Silicon Valley billionaire brotherhood includes figures like Peter Thiel (who co-founded Paypal with Elon Musk), Jeff Bezos and Marc Andreessen, his compatriots and muses in this unholy project of technological colonialism; their group is worth trillions.
Thiel has significant ownership of Palantir which is used for surveillance and intel by US government agencies, as well as private defence companies. It has a close alliance with “Israel”, assisting it with the technological surveillance of Palestinians. The new technocratic world order is already in play, and we are already being surveillanced.
Network State Cities
Network State cities will spring up everywhere around the world, from Gaza to Greenland – this is the vision, glittering citadels of capitalist bounty, grand megalopolises of fantastic construction, a veritable emerald city, with decentralized crypto-currencies, and whose interlinked ideology will see them having a global dominance that dwarfs all others.
There is, as I said, a visionary logic behind Trumps choices, a whole backdrop to his pronouncements of which piece of land he intends to take over. The map lines would be reinscribed along these new boundaries where membership is determined by your level of wealth rather than any outdated concept of culture or native traditions. It is futuristic, faceless and devoid of soul. A digital existence with an economy of emotion, where our humanity is expressed as coded logic.
The rest of us are mere unwitting participants through our usage of and excessive reliance upon the technology with which they exert their ownership over us and their ability to track us through it.
We would be just serfs, and slaves to this corporate conglomeration of elite individuals within a technological feudalistic model; because we are the masses who cannot be trusted to make our own decisions, according to Thiel’s “The Education of a Libertarian”.
It is an ultra-modern take on Orwell’s 1984 - a world of surveillance, a totalitarian regime where human emotion and heterogeneity of expression is forbidden.
Palestine and Humanity vs Faceless Domination
Even today, with the massive shadow banning of pro-Palestinian content, the vanishing online of chunks of information, thousands of comments on a post can disappear at the click of a button, and our habits can be tracked, as if there is a ghost under our keyboard, tracing the movements of our fingers and reducing our hopes, dreams, complexity – our pain, anguishes, joy – to clicks and algorithms, our souls confined to a digital cloud.
Some people believe AI can provide all the answers, that the messiness and unpredictability of human emotion is a negative; and that the intelligence we have created through technology is the pinnacle of our evolution with tech masters as the new feudal overlords.
Perhaps one of the only ways we can combat this new dystopian vision of an efficient, technological brutality, digital demi-gods that make decisions about human lives with clinical coldness in service of their grand empire building, is to break our reliance upon technology and to embody all the things that make us human – including our ability to use words from our souls rather than being channelled into the soulless lines of an AI machine.
Our response to Palestine is key here – because Palestine has been a pivotal point about which these choices hinge. The dispensing with international law, the livestreamed genocide and Nazi style talk of cleansing Gaza, the footage of Palestinians being lined up and herded to be shot, hospitals bombed, Zionists in military gear raping Palestinians in prison – if we are to resist the erosion of our humanity, the crumbling of our institutions, the domination of this technological beast that would render most of us voiceless and subjugated – then we must speak up now.
We must resist – with all our hearts and souls, with our art, with our voices, with our humanity. Never before have we been so in danger of being mere cogs in a brutal machine.
DE-centralization is key:
Far away from tantalizing natural resources the globalists are craving for; with chicken, raised planting beds filled with organic soil and worms for the fresh, daily veggies, some rabbits and/or goats, own water-well, PV-panels and simple, but real stone-construction for shelter ...
Lots of effort but fully self-reliant, entirely sustainable, even long after their sick dreams of concrete palaces and iron-domes on blood-soaked ground have crumbled everywhere ...
It seems to be getting worse by the minute but his buffoonery is not without it's entertainment value were it not for the weight of it all.
