As I write this, for the last2 hours I have been receiving reports on twitter/X that Israeli commandos have intercepted the Madleen and are holding the passengers hostage, all as expected. They are being transported to a port in Israel to then be deported, according to Al Jazeera. Some of the passengers have posted pre-made SOS videos in the case they were captured and launched them on social media sites when they saw Israeli vessels honing in on their location.

I think we are of kindred spirits, twin children from different mothers. You’re barking right up my tree every time. You and I are of the same mix, literature, psychology, with keen sense of social justice. I often ask my self, '“How does she know exactly what am thinking?” Add philosophy and mysticism and we’d be riding on the same bus. You are so inspiring to me, I am convinced that I am in love with your mind. Part of it is you provide me with a safe haven to discuss the “really real,” or what is actually happening on the ground, without having to throw off two thousand local baby boomers who have piled on top of me with US Exceptionalist propaganda.
Just yesterday, I told a friend of mine, she is a retired social worker and a good soul, that, Iran, Hezbollah, and Hamas are the good guys. She immediately started melting! “But they’re terrorist!!!” I replied, “I don’t remember Iran committing any terrorist acts, Hezbollah and Hamas have committed violent acts of resistance against their torturers because violence is the only language that Israel/US/EU understands. But, these three entities have one thing in common that draws a big fat red line dividing them from those who are trying to exterminate them, THEY ARE NOT PRACTICING COLONIALISM!" They are doing the opposite, trying to claw back the land that was stolen from them. In Iran’s case they clawed back control of their government in 1979 and refuse to let it fall back into the hands of the colonial butchers. - That being said, after she stood there shaking from reality shock, I reminder her that “It’s the pot calling the kettle black. The USA government and their associated intelligence agencies are by far the most dangerous, violent, terrorist organizations in the history mankind!” After the words exited my mouth, I high tailed it out of there because I could see from the contorted look on her face and the twist of her neck that she was looking for something within reach to throw at me.
